In Alisha’s Words
Before there was PAWTIDE renewal, there was Tobey. 🖤🐶
One little dog. One mama who loved him beyond measure. And one simple question:
What else can I do to help my baby thrive?
That question started a journey I never could have imagined.
Tobey became my reason to learn more, ask better questions, dig deeper, and never stop searching for thoughtful ways to support the health, function, and quality of life of the animals we love.
And somewhere along the way, his journey became our mission.
PAWTIDE renewal grew from the love I have for Captain Tobey—and from the belief that every fur parent deserves education, support, hope, and a community willing to walk beside them.
Today, when another parent sends us a video of their baby taking steps, running, playing, or simply having a really good day, I think about the little black fur ball who started all of this. 🥹

Ruka’s Journey Back to Joy
In Tracy’s Words
My Ruka is a 13-year-old Pit Lab mix. Back in 2019, she injured her back, and over the years, she developed severe arthritis in her spine and hips.
For a little over a year, Ruka has been receiving acupuncture and laser therapy every two weeks. While those treatments helped her tremendously, I started noticing that she was declining, and it was becoming harder for her to get around. We were at the point where we were honestly beginning to wonder if it was time to let our sweet girl go.
I had personally started using BPC-157 and TB-500 and experienced such a difference that I began wondering if there was any possibility they could help Ruka too. After doing a deep dive, that’s when I found Alisha. She has truly been a gift from God to our family. Because of her, Ruka is thriving again. Not only is she getting around so much better, but she is HAPPY again. Her old spark is back. She’s enjoying life, and I feel like I have my girl back. Before this, we were questioning how much time we had left with her. Now, I’m incredibly grateful that we may have more precious time together.
I will forever be grateful to Alisha and for everything she has done for my Ruka. There truly are no words to describe what it means to see your baby girl happy and full of life again. ❤️🐾

Cookie’s Journey Back to Movement
In Megan’s Words
Cookie was diagnosed with IVDD in May 2026. At the time, Megan describes her as having Grade 3 ataxia. She began peptide therapy shortly afterward, and within a few weeks Megan says Cookie’s mobility had improved to Grade 1 ataxia.
